“What is your Cancellation/No Show policy ?”
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You can notify me about your cancellation or reschedule by sending me an email, text, leaving a voicemail, or rescheduling online.
Cancellations or changes made to an appointment within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% late cancellation fee.
Missed appointments without notice will be subject to a 100% no-show fee.
“Where can I park?”
There is free parking both outside and within the building center. If you choose to park within the building center, simply enter the driveway.
“Do you offer gift certificates?”
Yes, they are available for purchase online and can be printed at home. I also offer physical gift cards for purchase at my practice.
“What is your Late Policy?”
To help stay on schedule and create the best experience for everyone, I kindly ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
All massage appointments are booked for specific time slots. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session out of consideration for the next client.
“What forms of payment are accepted?”
I accept cash, credit cards, checks, Zelle, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
*if pay in cash, I don’t have change.
